Here is a great infographic sharing recipes for cleaning solutions. Look at the cleaners you have in your house and acknowledge the hazardous chemicals you are using.
Use the infographic below to create cleaners to replace the ones you are buying. Not only will you be reducing your chemical exposure but you will also be adding money to your budget. Remember to label each container properly so that the whole family knows that is in each bottle and where they can use the cleaner. Apartment Therapy offers a great list of cleaning solutions you can make yourself using the following ingredients:
• Baking Soda
• White Vinegar
• Hydrogen peroxide
• Essential oils, like tea tree oil, lavender oil, eucalyptus oil, or lemongrass oil
• Castile soap (like Dr. Bronner’s)
• Fresh herbs, citrus, or citrus peels
• Olive or vegetable oil

We already know that having someone with you while you try and finish a goal makes things a little bit easier.
