Lets try something different. I found this recipe on PaleoLeap and tweaked it for metabolic balancers. (Use your own ingredient amounts for fruit and vegetables.)
- Olive oil
- Fresh mint leaves
- Pomegranate seeds
Heat your oven to 425 F.
Chop up the Cauliflower to small pieces. Place the pieces in a bowl and drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle on seasoning. Toss the ingredients until the cauliflower is fully covered.
Put the cauliflower into a baking dish and place it in the oven. Cook until the pieces are tender.
Remove the cauliflower and sprinkle with mint and pomegranate seeds.
