Treat day? Well if you are going to have a treat meal, don’t beat yourself up during the day. Allow yourself to enjoy your meal. Allow yourself to enjoy the company you are with and do not preach your program to your friends and family. Spend the day celebrating your healthy life, appreciating the freedoms you enjoy living in America and the liberty you have been gifted through your citizenship and membership in the metabolic balance community.
