Ingredients (1 serving):
1 serving of papaya
1 serving of soy milk
1 serving of oats
A pinch of ginger
Preparation:
Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into cubes. Add the papaya, oats, ginger, and soy milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
