A study published in the British Medical Journal compared eight vital and metabolic programs. Metabolic Balance was the only program to reach the criteria which are required for a long-term success, that is: “50% of the participants in this survey sustained reduction of 5% or more of their initial weight and kept it off for one year. “
Metabolic Balance fulfilled 62.5% of the participants and 31.1% had reduced more than 10% of weight and kept it off for one year.
