This unique take on spinach is delicious and is definitely worth a try the next time you are in need of a quick and easy meal!
Ingredients:
1 serving of spinach
1 Tbsp. of chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of ginger
1/2 tsp. of coriander seeds
1/2 tsp. of cumin
1 Tbsp. of oil
1/2 tsp of curry powder
1 serving of cottage cheese
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash and drain the spinach. Peel garlic and ginger and chop both finely. Crush coriander and cumin. Heat a wok or large pan with a little oil and cook onion, garlic and ginger. Add coriander, cumin, salt and curry powder. Add the spinach and let it wilt. Remove the wok from the heat and stir in the cottage cheese with the vegetables. Enjoy!

Rhubarb Parfait
This combination of strawberries and rhubarb is a classic and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
1 serving of rhubarb
1 serving of cottage cheese
1 serving of fruit (we recommend strawberries)
Preparation:
Simply steam the rhubarb in some water for a few minutes. Alternately, layer cottage cheese, rhubarb and strawberries and enjoy.
Broccoli Soup
Do you have some broccoli in the freezer that you are not sure what to do with? Well then give this delicious and creamy broccoli soup with cottage cheese a try!
Ingredients:
1 serving of broccoli
1 cup (250 ml) vegetable broth
1 serving of cottage cheese
Cayenne pepper and nutmeg
Preparation:
Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil and cook the florets in it for about 5 minutes until soft. Take out a few broccoli florets and set aside. Add half of the cottage cheese to the broth and and then place everything in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with cayenne pepper and nutmeg. Pour the soup into a bowl, add the remaining cottage cheese and garnish with the reserved broccoli florets. Enjoy!
