Healthy eating is NOT just about looking better! It’s feeling better too! Anxiety and depression, low energy and mood, pain and discomfort are all common symptoms of nutritional imbalance and they can take a huge toll on all areas of life and relationships. When we’re tired and stressed, not eating well or sleeping well, we can become snappy and impatient and this in turn can impact our relationships. Relationships need regular nurturing and attention, and that can seem impossible when you’re not feeling good yourself! With Metabolic Balance, we’ve helped many couples work side by side, using their own individual nutrition plans, supporting each other to keep on track. Getting back into balance together is one of the best things for a relationship. When you’re both feeling good, life takes on a whole new perspective. At Metabolic Balance we say you need to rebalance to reconnect!

Back to Balance
As every year, we from the Metabolic Balance Team start with Phase 1 of our nutrition plans in early January – even the pandemic can’t stop us from doing so. After all, it is now more important than ever to do something for the immune system. Will you join us? Get your Metabolic Balance nutrition plans out of the closet or get a new refresher plan created. Diet according to our nutrition program can significantly increase vitality and quality of life, the immune system can get a boost and you can lose a few pounds. After the holidays, this is a great way to bring your body back to balance and start the new year off right!
Weighing Your Food
With Metabolic Balance program, in the initial phases foods are weighed so that every client eats exactly the amount that is optimal for his or her respective metabolism. In this way, the body receives the right concentration of nutrients it needs to get back into balance. Over the course of the program, clients slowly stop weighing their food, and instead rely on their intuition and hunger cues to portion out the right amount. This allows clients to learn to trust themselves and their body all while working to reset their metabolism.

How do we get through COVID-19 (Corona Virus). Many aspects of personal hygiene and social distancing are on the forefront of our thoughts as well as are all of our (elderly) family members okay.
Our next thought should be directed towards the best way to strengthen the immune system – NOW is the ideal time for Metabolic Balance.
We want to encourage you to keep eating as planned. A diet according to Metabolic Balance not only provides lasting support for the immune system – our nutrition plans have also been proven to improve the quality of life.
Thus, see this time of renunciation as an opportunity – experience your optimized, tailor-made nutrition plan without distractions and without social and culinary obligations.
In this spirit we wish you all the best – stay healthy!

What to give up for Lent?
Lent, a religious observance for Christians, is related to fasting. The question to the answer what to give up is left with the individual.
While many give up chocolate, sweets or alcohol, we at Metabolic Balance see the start of Lent as a great time for a metabolic restart. Our team at Metabolic Balance often like to start on Ash Wednesday (the start of Lent) by going back into strict phase 2 of our Metabolic Balance nutrition plans. So how about doing something great for your body and your metabolism?

Reset & Restart Your Metabolism
Would you like to increase your quality of life, release unhealthy weight, feel good and live healthier? We can help you reset your body and restart your metabolism – Metabolic Balance supports and accompanies you on your journey of change and helps you to achieve your health and life goals.
Re-Balance … what is that like?
The Metabolic Balance Team is already well into their plans after the New Year’s restart. We’re feeling great and our metabolism is adjusting nicely. One of the wonderful changes we notice every year when we do our plans again and re-balance, is how quickly our sense of taste starts to change. Only a few weeks ago, we’re thinking pizza was tasty whereas now we don’t want it at all! Now we prefer a far better pizza alternative … fresh vegetables with cheese au gratin! Which changes have you noticed since you have been on your plan? We’d love to hear how you’re doing!
