Savory Winter Yogurt

This light and tasty winter yogurt is a great meal to start of this new year on the right foot!

Ingredients:
1 serving of greek yogurt (adjust according to your plan)
1 portion of spring onion
1 orange
1 serving of rye bread
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Mix the yogurt in a small bowl with salt and pepper. Wash and clean spring onions, then cut them into thin slices Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Mix the orange and spring onions with the yogurt and enjoy with toasted rye bread!

Tip: You can change the recipe by adding other spices such as chili or chives or remove the orange and eat it separately.

Yogurt with Watermelon

Watermelon is coming into season and this recipe below is perfect for summer!

Ingredients (1 serving):
1 serving of natural yogurt
1 serving of watermelon
1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:
Put the yogurt into a pot and warm it up. Place it in a small bowl and season with cinnamon. Remove the watermelon skin and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces. Mix the yogurt with the watermelon and enjoy!

Yogurt with Pureed Fruit

Need a simple breakfast idea? Well look no further! Check out this easy and delicious recipe that can be ready in no time.

Take some yogurt (whichever form of dairy is on your plan) and add some pureed fruit. Fruits such as berries, mango, or bananas work very well! If would like a little texture, set aside a small portion of the fruit that will not be pureed and add to the yogurt as is. For added flavor you can also add vanilla, cinnamon or some lemon zest. From phase 3 on, a few chia seeds may also be added.
