Watermelon Salad

This light and refreshing salad is perfect for any summer lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:
6 cups of diced watermelon
1/2 cup of feta
1/2 red onion
Fresh basil
Fresh mint
Lime juice
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation:
Add the watermelon, sliced red onion, herbs and feta into a bowl. In a separate bowl make a dressing using the lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Add the dressing to the watermelon mix and serve over ribbons of romaine lettuce. Enjoy!
